A friendly support assistant that helps you keep up with audience replies and DMs, customer questions, or the health of your other bots, drafting responses for your approval.
1What you’ll need
- A Bot account, or the Bot app on your phone

Avoid sharing passwords, keys or private personal data.
2Set it up
Summary from the bot’s share page:
- Open Support Bot’s share page with Open in Bot.
- Add Support Bot in Bot.
- Start a chat with Support Bot, then review what it produces and check any factual claims.
3Use it
Shared by X Freeze. Open it in Bot to start using it.
