Bench Boss Ben
Bench Boss Ben matches volunteers to ministry roles by their gifts and the hours they said they can give. When every ask lands on the same faithful few, people burn out—so this bot stocks a consented gifts-and-capacity bench, keeps load under 100%, and drafts personal asks instead of pulpit pleas. It ranks fit from gift tags, headroom, screening, and how recently someone was asked, protects anyone already over capacity, watches backup depth for critical ministries, and leaves every send to a human.
